Downtown Parker events and seasonal festivals

We have loved how comfortable and functional this home has been for us over the years. The basement movie room became one of our favorite spaces for movie nights and game days, while the dedicated office provided a quiet place to work from home. The large open basement area gave us plenty of flexibility for a home gym, guest space, and additional living area. Outside, we spent countless hours enjoying the wraparound deck and the privacy created by the mature trees, and the large shed provided plenty of extra storage. We also appreciated features like central air conditioning, the attic fan, extra insulation and outlets in the garage, vaulted ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom, and the custom shelving in the walk-in closet. The south-facing driveway was another favorite feature, and the side yard provided extra space for recreational vehicles and outdoor gear. Beyond the home itself, we have loved being part of the Parker community, with easy access to walking trails, Cottonwood Park, the recreation center, shopping, dining, and local events. And one of our favorite things of all has been the freedom of having no HOA.- A Word From The Owners
