Welcome Home!

Smart functionality—fully move-in ready.

Built in 2023 and better than brand new, this move‑in‑ready townhome in Parker’s Anthology West pairs modern style with smart functionality throughout.

The open‑concept layout features luxury vinyl plank floors, a sleek tile‑wall gas fireplace with custom changing colors, and east‑facing windows that bring in great sunrise views from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The kitchen delivers a polished look with quartz countertops, tile backsplash, a gas range, Whirlpool stainless appliances, and a roomy pantry plus a large eat‑up island that is great for entertaining, while a rare, roomy, crawl space adds even more bonus storage.

Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms with upgraded remote‑controlled Hunter ceiling fans in each room, a generous primary suite with an upgraded waterfall shower and dual sinks, an upstairs laundry room, and an upstairs landing that works perfectly as a small office or study space; the secondary bathroom is also plumbed for a second sink if you want a true double vanity.

Smart‑home features include a smart garage door opener, smart thermostat, and security system through Alarm.com, plus a tankless water heater with a reducer installed so you can customize your water pressure with ease. Solar panels through ION help offset utility costs and support long‑term energy savings, and a newly installed high‑quality TV mount (ready for 42‑ to 95‑inch TVs) makes it easy to plug right into movie night.

Outside, you get a fully finished two‑car attached garage, a sprinkler system, and a fully fenced wrought‑iron front yard that is ideal for pets with a covered front porch. The HOA maintains landscaping, common‑area snow removal, and shared amenities so day‑to‑day living stays low‑maintenance, and a 5.5% VA assumable loan (buyer to verify eligibility and terms) creates a strong financing opportunity for the next owner.

Anthology offers a community pool, clubhouse, playground, and trail network, giving you plenty of options to get outside without leaving the neighborhood.

On Parker’s west side, you’re a short drive to downtown Parker’s historic main street, local restaurants, coffee shops, and year‑round events, plus multiple recreation facilities and the PACE Center for gyms, classes, concerts, ice‑skating, and cultural programming. Check out a popular nearby attraction: Rueter‑Hess Reservoir, where locals hit soft‑surface trails and the 132‑step Rueter‑Hess Incline for a quick, leg‑burning climb with big Front Range views.

It’s an easy, close‑to‑home spot for hiking, training, and getting outside without a long drive to the high country. Beyond the Incline, the Rueter‑Hess Recreation Authority is rolling out a long‑term master plan that layers in soft‑surface trails, non‑motorized water sports like paddleboarding and kayaking, fishing, and protected open space. With new parks, trails, and amenities continuing to grow around this corridor, this townhome hits the sweet spot for buyers who want low‑maintenance living, thoughtful upgrades, and long‑term upside in an affordable price point.

Parker’s west side continues to rise in value with new parks and amenities underway, giving this home the edge for buyers who want effortless living, smart design, and long‑term upside—all wrapped into a 5.5% assumable VA loan opportunity.

A Word From The Owners Of The Home...

The many trails throughout the community made for great summer walks with our dog, we especially admired the beauty of the sunrise and sunset.  If you ever wanted to take walks or bike outside the community, the Cherry Creek Trail is across the road. We will miss watching the watercolored sunrise while we drink coffee on our front porch.  During the summer, there would be events and food trucks at the pool area, and it was a great place to cool off, get some exercise, and meet other members of the community.

We also loved the convenience of the surrounding area.  If we ever needed last minute ingredients, King Soopers was five minutes away.  There is also a pharmacy on the other side of the street from the grocery store.  With the extension of Motsenbocker earlier this year, you no longer need to take the busy Parker Rd to get to all the great places the town of Parker has to offer!

Some of our favorite places to dine include:

El Poblano Mexican Eats – for fantastic tacos and tortas

The Wine Barrel – for great summer wine

Colonna’s Pizza – for amazing pizza and meatballs

West Main Taproom + Grill – for delicious brunch

Purgatory Winery – for world class wine
